We were 3 and they immediately send us extra towels, water . It is a very nice comfortable hotel with gym, restaurant,in a great location for turistic activities. It is my fourth time there. Always a good experience. We did the check out and they took care of.our bags before we return to pick them up before going to the airport.

Very modern rooms, bathroom fixtures, lighting in room, sinks, cupboards were all very nice and felt new. Room was cleaned everyday. Great location in the city with easy walking to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The gym was excellent, really sleek looking and great to have the yoga mats and water refill station. Elevators also worked very well. Food that I tried for room service was good too and good value.

Overall, I was delighted with the place. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—in particular, I want to thank Ricardo and Enrique for their hospitality!

Location was really good, for either a conference at the WTC or an event. Convenient location for public transportation. The room was really good, with good materials and noise isolation. Also, I liked the decor.

I liked almost everything. It feels like a Novotel - which sounds weird but doesn't always happen in Mexico - so I'm happy. Breakfast might be the most notable feature that will set it apart from other Hotels in this zone.
